REMINDER:  An electrical inspector is going to be in the neighborhood inspecting panels from June 2 through June 5.  If you are wanting to have your panels inspected, please email Mark at summergatehoa63303@gmail.com or call him at (636)229-9868 to have him put you on the inspector's calendar for the day you're wanting.  

We are getting a lot of pushback from the insurance company on needing our panels replaced, and at the very least inspected.  The cost of the inspection is $140 and to be paid by homeowner at the time of the inspection.  All inspections need to be scheduled by May 28th.

If you’re wanting to go with replacement, Trinity Electric has replaced quite a few in our neighborhood so far.
